UNIMAT Hot Water Boiler UT-M
Our proven UNIMAT 3-pass design has been used for decades – with overwhelming success. The UT-M is offered in various sizes and can also be used in a pooled-output multi-boiler system. It is CE certified and is designed and equipped in compliance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive.
The UT-M's exceptional performance is most evident in central heating systems for local and community heating. But this versatile hot water boiler is also used in a wide variety of commercial and industrial heating applications.
The UT-M hot water boiler is supplied as a fully operational unit including equipment. This high-quality equipment includes the boiler pressure vessel, burner unit, flue gas or condensing heat exchanger, and the control and safety technology, which comes ready-connected to the integrated terminal box.

The continuous flame tube ends in an inner water-flushed flue gas reversing chamber, which leads into the first smoke tube. Both the first and second smoke tubes are free from flow fittings. The highly functional round design ensures optimal pressure resilience. Furnace, water chamber volume and radiant and convective heating surfaces are perfectly dimensioned and matched to one another.
The boiler front door is fully hinged, with hinges on the right or left as desired. The entire cross section of the boiler is freely accessible. This makes maintenance, cleaning and inspection simple. The high quality mineral wool matting insulation covering the entire boiler body and the special thermally insulating materials in the front door keep radiant heat loss at negligible levels. If desired the heat source can be supplied ex works with an integrated flue gas or condensing heat exchanger.
Certification according to the European Pressure Equipment Directive means that high operating and safety temperature levels of up to 190 °C are possible.
